Getting to Work

Lul got a new job. She is a clerk in a store. The store is on the other side of town. It is four miles from her home.

Lul does not own a car. She cannot drive to work. She cannot walk to work either. It is too far. How will she get to work?

Lul asks a friend to drive her to work and back home from work, but her friend cannot do it.

Maybe a bus could get her to work. Lul calls the city bus service. There is a stop two blocks from her home. Each bus ride costs two dollars. Lul will need to put the cost into her budget. Now Lul has a plan on how to get to work.
